Preparation of Dosage Bottles

Recommended Dosage: Seven (7) drops on rising and retiring for a minimum of two weeks.

Gaia Essence 10ml

I purchased the "Divine Essence Set", starting first with the Gaia drops for 2 weeks. I felt the drops start working within a day! Lots of old baggage stored deep within started coming up to the surface to be cleared. Very profound and deep healing. Incorporated some of the bush flower remedies to help ease the anxiety i was feeling while all this emotional stuff was being cleared. Already starting to see changes in my life.
