Dynamis Essence

I first noticed ABFE products several years ago in a health shop. I bought a bottle of Dynamis oral drops. While I was intrigued I was also sceptical and didn’t expect to get a result, or feel noticeably different in any way. I’m surprised I even bought them but I’m grateful I did. After about 2 weeks of taking the drops morning & night I noticed an improvement in my mood, enthusiasm and motivation. I was so sure that they wouldn’t help that I doubted myself, wondering if I was imagining it somehow. I’ve since used them many times when I’m feeling low and unable to shift myself out of the low mood > lack of motivation > low mood cycle. Dynamis has been my reliable “go to” essence ever since. In fact I’ve been so happy with the Dynamis drops that I only started exploring other essences about 4 or 5 months ago.

I find Dynamis to be excellent for the job. I take it in situations when I don't feel especially energetic and just want to sit down and read. It gets me going and enthusiastic very quickly. I love it and rely on it, probably as I am 81 years old (though young in my approach to life).
