How to Use
Ian recommends beginning with the 2026 Essence, working with it each season for a minimum of two weeks to optimise the Universal Year 1 energies.
This can then be followed by Dynamis Essence and Purifying Essence, taken separately for approximately three weeks each, to keep your chakras vibrant and clear accumulated detrimental emotional and environmental influences.
Complete the sequence with Gaia Essence, taken for at least two weeks at a time, to help ground and integrate the higher spiritual energies now flowing down to Earth. It also strengthens our connection with our Higher Self and gets us back in touch with our divine purpose.
