This remedy helps children, especially those who are always ‘on the go’, to wind down, become peaceful, calm, relaxed and get ready for bed. I’ve also added Essences to help protect these sensitive beings from picking up any negativity from their environments. Bottlebrush brings about serenity by allowing them to let go and surrender to the ‘land of nod’.

Ingredients

Vibrational infusions of the flowers above. 67% Purified Water, 33% Brandy as a natural preservative system (12.5% alcohol)

How To Use

Seven drops under the tongue on rising and retiring.

For optimal shelf life, we use a small amount of brandy as a preservative. There is less than one drop of alcohol per dose.

For anyone not wishing a child to ingest alcohol, the 7 drops can be applied topically to the crown of the head or wrist pulse points or diluted in water.

Alternatively, place drops into hot water (the temperature at which you would drink a cup of tea) which will evaporate the alcohol.

Dream time for sleep time

Dream Time Essence - 30ml

I got this for my gson & he won't take it orally so it goes on his crown after he's had a bath, it takes a little while but it does knock him out eventually & sleeping at an reasonable time now. I'm glad I got it & it has made a difference in him going to sleep earlier now. Thank you. 😊

Dream Time Essence - 30ml

I bought the Dream Time for myself to help with sleep procrastination (it's a real thing, apparently). I did start to feel more comfortable about going to bed earlier when I was taking it, but have gotten back into bad habits, so I'm going to buy another bottle, as I also work on clearing some issues for myself. I've been using the Bush Flower Essences since before I did the Level I course in 1995, and now I can't imagine my life without them. I use them alongside kinesiology in order to let go of all the dross I picked up throughout my life as an empath. On their own, the Flower Essences work really well, and they complement any natural therapy perfectly.

Life changing blend

Dream Time Essence - 30ml

I have been using ABFE for over 10 years and couldn't imagine my life without flower essences. Dream Time is my absolute favourite blend. I bought it initially to try Black-Eyed Susan and the effects have been incredible. I have experienced not only the most subtle, yet powerful sensation of slowing down, but I have also noticed a significant decrease in my hypoglycemic symptoms which I have been experiencing since childhood. I have just started using it again for the second time and now have my 8yo using it too as she's a very busy, very fast-moving kid. Thanks again for a truly amazing blend, one of your absolute best.

My 3yo has always been...

My 3yo has always been a very wakeful sleeper. When he wakes at night it takes a long time for him to get back to sleep. He is also very high energy before bed and takes a long time to fall asleep. We’ve been using the drops for 4 nights and I’m shocked, he is literally falling straight to sleep, he has never fallen asleep so fast in his whole life! It hasn’t helped with the amount of night wakes although he is less upset when he does wake.
