The story is about the fantastic journey of two children and their guardian angels to the Planet of Flowers, triggered by an accident of the boy Mario, who in a coma-like state gains access to the world of flowers, elves and fairies.

His playmate Flora, who visits him in the hospital, accompanies him on his miraculous journey and tells him about the healing properties of the Australian Bush Flowers, which she got to know on a trip to Australia with her parents and which had originated on the Planet of Flowers.

On the Blossom Planet the two children get to know and appreciate various Bush Flowers and their tasks for the benefit and well-being of humans. With great amazement they take part in the daily lives of fairies and elves and witness miraculous events with the flowers. At the end of their journey Red Lily helps them to return to reality.
