Dream Time

Dream Time Essence is a combination of Australian Bush Flower Essences that helps both adults and children unwind, become peaceful, calm and ready for rest. It supports the transition from an active or stimulated state into one of serenity and relaxation.

Although it sits within our Parenting & Children Collection, Dream Time Essence can be used by anyone who finds it difficult to switch off at the end of the day. It’s ideal for children who are always “on the go,” as well as adults with busy minds who find it hard to wind down before bedtime.

Dream Time Essence encourages a sense of peace, calm and emotional stillness, helping you to let go of the day and ease into rest. It also supports sensitive individuals who may be picking up negativity from their environment, helping them feel more protected and serene.

You can choose between Dream Time Essence Oral Drops or Oral Spray, depending on your preference. Oral Drops: Seven drops under the tongue on rising and retiring. Oral Spray: 3 sprays in your mouth on rising and retiring. For optimal shelf life, we use a small amount of brandy as a preservative. There is less than one drop of alcohol per dose. For anyone not wishing a child to ingest alcohol, the 7 drops can be applied topically to the crown of the head or wrist pulse points or diluted in water. Alternatively, place drops into hot water (the temperature at which you would drink a cup of tea) which will evaporate the alcohol.

The Australian Bush Flower Essences can work immediately in many situations, helping you feel more peaceful and at ease quite quickly. However, as their effects are cumulative, for ongoing restlessness we recommend taking Dream Time Essence consistently for two to four weeks to allow its full benefits to unfold.
