The results people had with last year’s 2025 Essence were phenomenal.

Not only was it more popular than our Emergency Essence, but I have also never had so many people—most of whom I had never met before—approach me to share their wonderful experiences with this essence. The majority of them also told me they had purchased it as a gift for friends and family.

I strongly feel that this year’s 2026 Essence will be just as, if not more potent, important and beneficial as last year’s essence.

In Numerology, there is a very important nine-year Universal Year cycle. Each year there is a specific energy available to us. If we understand this and know that there are favourable times and unfavourable times for various activities, then we can optimise what we focus on each year. Consequently, the results that we can achieve in areas such as relationships, learning, finance, physical wellbeing and spiritual growth will be exceptional.

To determine what this Universal Year is, add up the individual numbers of the year. ie 2 + 0 + 2 + 6= 10.  Because it is a nine-year cycle we have to breakdown this number to between 1 and 9. Thus 10 becomes 1+0=1

As we enter a Universal Year 1, the energy shifts from reflection to action; a time to take initiative and step confidently into the second year of this nine-year cycle. A Universal Year 1 is a great time to make change. These can be major situational ones such as changing career, where you live - and even who you live with! They can also be changes in lifestyle, diet, exercise and where you place your priorities in life.

Many seeds were sown last year, now is the time to cultivate them. This is the time to turn dreams into reality. It is a time of initiation, fresh starts and decisive action.

As we enter this Universal Year 1 the 2026 Essence arrives to support this powerful shift. It has been created to help clear procrastination, dissolve outdated habits and put focus on sound stewardship of your possessions and finances. It will give you a clear knowing of your direction and purpose while strengthening your ability to move forward with focus, clarity and resilience. The 2026 Essence is a reminder that this is your year to act, to build upon the foundations from last year and become unstoppable in creating your next steps and goals. It brings the clarity and momentum needed to fully optimise your 2026

My other intention for the 2026 Essence is to support you in being open to receive all the spiritual energies that are now flooding down onto Earth and available to us. 

I will go into more detail about this in February’s newsletter. In that next newsletter I will also elaborate on why these three remedies — Gaia, Purifying and Dynamis Essences — are particularly effective when used directly after completing a two-week period with the 2026 Essence.

I would recommend repeating this affirmation out loud at least seven times when taking the essence, which would normally be on rising and retiring for a minimum of two weeks.
