Navigate 2026 With Clarity & Purpose

The 2026 Essence was released just a few weeks ago, but already we are receiving some fantastic feedback. 

Annie Warwick, someone who has kindly sent in many case histories over the years, reported the following after taking the 2026 Essence.

For me, my experience is very similar in what I’ve noticed since taking this essence.  It is a real wanting to jump in and clear things out, to get things organised. I have been going through files, boxes of old notes and papers as well as attacking the disorder in the garage. All tasks which have been awaiting my attention for quite some time and are now being addressed enthusiastically.

I've also been meditating longer, as well as incorporating extended pranayama, or breathwork, before my meditations. I think the optimal way to use the 2026 Essences would be taking it for two-weeks each season. However, trust your intuition on how often and when to take it. I've just finished my first bottle and am so happy with the results I'm going to start my next bottle straight away.

This year I feel is quite different to the other years when we’ve released a specific essence for that year. I briefly mentioned in last month’s email newsletter that I recommend not only working with the 2026 Essence, but that you’ll get greater benefit if you work with three other remedies in conjunction with the 2026 Essence. You don’t take the other three Essences at the same time as the 2026 Essence, but I recommend working separately with the Gaia, Dynamis and Purifying Essences at least twice during the year. This is because we are constantly exposed to pollution, negativity and toxins in our environment.

The water we drink contains fluoride, chlorine and ammonia.  Look up in the heavens and you’ll see chemtrails, no matter where you are on the planet. I am always shocked when going to Europe, especially England, where the sky is like a noughts and crosses board with so many chemtrails criss-crossing each other. The last few years I have got sick when I was in England and I am sure I know the reason why! Of course, the biggest poison of all has to do with the Covid vaccinations. We are now seeing so many people suffering not just physical, but also emotional and cognitive impairment, as a direct result of the spike protein and graphene. If the intention of that experiment was to see how much damage they could do to humanity, then they have been very successful.

Consequently, I highly recommend taking the Purifying combination remedy an absolute minimum of once a year for a two-week period. It’s a great way to let go of any emotional baggage you are carrying and having a very effective detox. 

If you want to enjoy vibrant wellbeing, then it is important that your chakras are very strong, balanced and working in harmony with each other. This is why I also recommend working with the Dynamis combination remedy this year, which again I would suggest taking at least twice for two weeks at a time.

The third complementary essence for the 2026 Essence is the Gaia Essence – one of the Divine Presence Essences, which greatly grounds and anchors us on a deep spiritual level and raises our consciousness. It assists us to more fully take in the myriad spiritual energies which are flooding down onto the Earth at this time. The more grounded you are the more you can take advantage of these White Light and Solar Logos transformational energies being directed down to us.

In compiling the 2026 Essence, I was aware that there’s a strong desire amongst people and a deep need building this year to seek and search out people who share common beliefs and aligned spirituality. It’s almost like searching for your tribe and this is why I included Sedum in the 2026 Essence. Sedum also allows your Higher Self to be more fully grounded. Once this happens you have a clearer sense of your direction and purpose in life. 

The 2026 Essence strongly supports developing a clear sense of your direction and purpose. Bush Fuchsia is included to deeply enhance – and trust your intuition. Calophyllum was selected to strengthen your connection to and your ability to receive guidance from Spirit. There is no excuse for not knowing your sense of purpose and direction in life after working with the 2026 essence! 

Calophyllum will take you out of your comfort zone as it encourages you to forge forward with where you know you need to go. Kapok Bush was added to make sure you don’t get overwhelmed by where you feel you need to go and what you need to do – or feel it is all too hard, give up and don’t do anything.  Bottlebrush provides you with that extra little push as it enables you to let go of old habits and the past, whilst Sundew stops any procrastination about taking action.
