Light Frequency Essences Workshop

2 day Workshop

"Discover and experience the Light Frequency Essences - what I regard as the most powerful Essences that I have been involved with. These new Essences have been coming through to help us stay in harmony and expand during this time of major spiritual, environmental and planetary change.” - Ian White

Ian White will be discussing in great detail and covering all 7 Essences in the Light Frequency Essences range. There will be meditations on all these Essences.

During this workshop Ian will also be revealing many practical, ageless, metaphysical secrets and techniques - and a few modern ones, that can be easily incorporated into one’s life.

These topics will include:

Manifesting your most precious, desired outcomes
Enhancing and deepening your meditative experiences
Balancing and harmonising one’s personal space
Clearing negativity from your projects, relationships and body

As in all of Ian’s workshops there will be meditation and hands on experiential work, fun and laughter as well as lecture content and a stunning visual presentation.
