I found that the Essences gave me a much better understanding of myself and my issues. They are a great tool to address an incredible variety of issues. I will also make another essence myself, from one of the local plants, because I found this process absolutely fascinating.

I can only say the very best about the quality of the Course. It has been put together very well, I cannot think of anything I would like to see changed. I found the Chakra grouping of the Essences particularly valuable for me. I have been a subscriber to the Newsletter for more than 4 years now and love reading it.
