What an auspicious day! The 9th day of the 9th month in a Universal Year 9.

In numerology, a Universal Year 9 heralds the beginning of a new nine-year cycle and symbolises completion, a time to wrap up the old cycle, release the past and prepare for and be open to new opportunities, possibilities and beginnings. 

The 2025 Essence offers clarity, resilience and purpose, helping you to embrace any change and new opportunities with confidence, grace and ease, while also allowing you to be in your full power and sovereignty. The seven Essences I chose to make up the 2025 Essence were picked to help guide you through and optimise this pivotal Universal Year 9 and designed to maximise and enrich your experience across all twelve months of this year. 

However, of the twelve months, I feel that this ninth month, September, is actually the most important time to take this Essence. If you have already taken it, I would recommend taking it again this month. Many started the year in January taking the 2025 Essence, which I think was a wonderful thing to do, but I do feel September is an even more pertinent time to take it. If you are yet to take the 2025 Essence now would be the perfect time to do so.

My recommendation is to take the 2025 Essence for a minimum of two weeks each time you take it. Sundew Essence has a nice synergistic action with the 2025 Essence, especially if taken after it. Sundew works to release procrastination and helps you to be more decisive. Sundew could be taken as a dose remedy or you could utilise it by using the Focus Space Mist which includes Sundew.  Of course you could do both! The Focus Space Mist will also allow you to be very clear, focussed and decisive, allowing you to optimise taking the 2025 Essence, as it will help your attention to detail, prevent dithering and being side tracked, while also clearing any overwhelm.  

The 23rd of September sees the heralding in of spring here in the southern hemisphere. Energetically, taking the Water Essence from the White Light Essences range at the beginning of spring will help you transition into the new season very easily. 

For those in the northern hemisphere I would advise taking the Earth Essence to assist you in aligning to autumn. I would suggest taking these essences for a minimum of a week at the beginning of the new season, though for two weeks if you have never taken that Essence before. 

September is the time when many people do a spring clean, which for most is a cleansing and decluttering of their home and workspace. This can be augmented by, though for me it is even more important, using the Space Clearing Mist to clear your immediate surroundings and nurture your emotional wellbeing. This mist is designed to create sacred, peaceful and harmonious environments while purifying and releasing spaces from built-up negative emotional and psychic energies.

It is one of the most important things you can do for your current and future wellbeing. Exercise has been shown in innumerable studies to be the most important thing you can do to both treat and prevent depression and dementia. 

Flannel Flower is a wonderful Essence for anyone who struggles to be physically active as it creates the desire to want to use and move one’s body. It’s a wonderful Essence to reform couch potatoes!

If someone is needing more self-discipline at this time of year around a healthier diet or committing to an exercise regime, then Hibbertia is the essence for them. In fact, Hibbertia enables one to find a healthy balance, whether they are too strict and regimented or, on the other end of the spectrum, quite lazy and unmotivated.

For some people the warmer weather and wearing less clothing, brings up feelings of shame and embarrassment around their body. Billy Goat Plum helps to release these destructive emotions and brings about an acceptance of self and one’s physical body.
