Trauma is something we all suffer from, but choose to ignore.
We all react in different ways to Trauma. An event that can be devastating for a person can be of no importance to another one; and yet some small circumstances of everyday life can provoke a trauma without understanding what is happening to us.
Trauma can be caused by obvious facts such as natural disasters, wars, car accidents or not so obvious as falls (for example from a bicycle or a tree), exposure to extreme weather, loud noises, loss of a loved one, etc. It all depends on every person’s life experience.
This workshop will teach you how you function and feel on both a cognitive and somatic level when trauma happens.
You will learn to be aware of your body and overcome the situation by losing fear, gaining confidence and become a playful and joyful person again.
