Dr Niikee Schoendorfer is a naturopathic nutritional medicine clinician, research scientist and university academic. Since graduating from the Australian College of Natural Medicine in 1998, Niikee has always made good use of the Australian Bush Flower Essences both in practice and in daily life. She has been sharing her passion for flower remedies and facilitating Bush Essence workshops around Australia since 2011, bringing her enthusiasm and light-hearted nature into these workshops.
Niikee has been lecturing extensively at the Endeavour College of Natural Health since 2006 and also teaches nutrition components into the Medical School Programme at the University of Queensland. She has also played a role in the development of academic curricula in both institutions. As a research fellow, Niikee has coordinated a number of research projects and has published this research in a variety of international medical journals. She has presented her research at conferences both nationally and internationally and has published book chapters in the fields of nutritional biochemistry and natural health.
As a qualified yoga instructor and mindfulness meditation facilitator, she says this helps to very much balance out the sometimes hectic nature of life. Niikee feels that vibrational medicines such as flower essences have an important role in holistic wellbeing, allowing one to find balance, peace and harmony in day-to-day life.
Over her many years of teaching and clinical practice, she has come to recognise emotional patterns as central to disease processes and clearing these blockages as being essential to healing. She holds dear to the fact that flower essences are an easy and accessible way to dissolve disharmony in our psyche, whilst uplifting and shining light into our hearts and souls. Love will always find a way!
