Jealousy of Sibling by Esmeralda Robinson
C. is a 5 year old. Was a cheerful, playful child going to kindergarten. He got along fine with his friends. On the birth of his baby sister, he got very clingy and cried for everything. His behaviour in school changed towards his peers. He started fighting. Obviously the teachers and parents of the other kids started complaining. His mother was very concerned about his behaviour.
To help with the jealousy and resentment of all the attention his baby sister was getting. Feeling of being ripped off the love he was getting and now the attention was being diverted. For the aggression he felt inside.
By the time the bottle was half way through his attitude towards his friends had changed immensely. He started playing with them instead of picking on them for fights. Allowed them to share his play things.
To be more sensitive and less self-focused. To be kind and to accept the responsibilities in his own little way that needed to shift.
He somehow allowed his mom to bathe his sister without the tantrums he’d always put on. The clinginess was discouraged with his help of putting on her nappies as well. The mom said he had changed so much that he wanted to do everything for the sister now.
Recommended doses: 7 drops 2 times daily.
No follow up was given as his symptoms left completely and his mother thought he was back to normal little C. she knew.
